What does a Wedding Pet Attendant do?
We handle everything your pup needs on your big day—walks, feedings, transportation, photo assistance, potty breaks, calming support, and full on-site pet care. Your only job is to enjoy your celebration while your dog gets VIP treatment.
Will you help my dog walk down the aisle?
Absolutely! Whether your pup is a confident show-stopper or needs a little encouragement, we assist with rehearsals, cues, and coordination so their big moment is smooth, cute, and stress-free.
Do you meet our dog before the wedding?
Yes! If you're local to the Charlotte or Rock Hill area, this service is included. If you're located more than 25 miles away, a travel fee may apply. This visit allows us to get to know your pup's personality, routine, needs, and comfort level so they feel relaxed, confident, and comfortable on your wedding day.
Do you work with dogs who are shy, anxious, or high-energy?
Definitely. Calm, intuitive handling is our specialty. We adapt to your dog’s temperament, keep them feeling safe, and ensure their day is positive—no matter their personality.
Can you transport my dog to and from the venue?
Yes, transportation is included for trips 25 miles or less. We safely pick up your pup, bring them to the venue, stay with them throughout the day, and return them home. For venues located more than 25 miles away, a travel fee may apply.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured for professional pet care and event services to give you total peace of mind.
Do you take care of the dog during the reception?
Yes—we can stay through first dances, toasts, and family photos. Once your dog is finished with their big debut, we safely escort them home and can hang out with them.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to reschedule your wedding, we'll do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. Your reservation retainer may be transferred one time if we're available.
For cancellations:

More than 90 days before your wedding: Your reservation retainer is non-refundable, but no additional balance is due.

31–89 days before your wedding: Your reservation retainer is non-refundable, and 50% of the remaining balance is due.

30 days or less before your wedding: Your reservation retainer is non-refundable, and the full remaining balance is due.
If Coll Unleashed must cancel due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including illness, emergency, or other unforeseen events, the client will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the reservation retainer, unless both parties agree to transfer services to a new date. Every reasonable effort will be made to assist the Client in finding a comparable replacement provider if necessary.
How & When Do I Pay for Wedding Services?
Coll Unleashed uses HoneyBook to securely send contracts, invoices, and payment reminders. We accept all major credit cards through your HoneyBook invoice, as well as Venmo if you prefer.
A $65 non-refundable reservation retainer is required to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your wedding day, as outlined in your contract. Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive your contract, invoice, and all payment details through HoneyBook.
