How do I book with Coll Unleashed?
All bookings are made through our Time to Pet portal. Just create your account, submit a request, and we’ll confirm your visit details! For detailed instructions regarding our Time to Pet portal, please visit our "How to Book" page.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that schedules can change! For daily services (walks and drop-in visits), we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

Because (boarding and overnight) care requires reserving dedicated time for your pet, we kindly ask for at least 5 days’ notice for any cancellations or date changes.
Cancellations made with less than 5 days’ notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the reserved services.

Holiday bookings may require additional notice and are subject to holiday cancellation terms
How and when do I pay for my services?
All pet sitting and dog walking payments are due the day of services. If payment is not received within 24-hours, your card will automatically me charged on file through the Time to Pet portal. ​
What if the date and time I need is
unavailable?
Not to worry! Cancellations happen, and we offer a waitlist for any fully booked dates. Just submit your request through the Time to Pet portal, and we’ll reach out if an opening becomes available — it happens more often than you’d think!

Do you charge extra for holidays?
Yes, there’s a small holiday surcharge to ensure our sitters are compensated for working during busy times.
Will I get updates while you’re with my pet?
Absolutely! You’ll receive photos, updates, and notes after each visit directly through the Time to Pet app.
What if my pet has special needs or takes medication?
Please note any special instructions in your portal profile. We’re experienced with administering medications and caring for pets with specific routines.
What if my dog is anxious or aggressive around new people?
Please let us know in advance! We’ll schedule a meet-and-greet to make sure your pet feels comfortable and safe with us.
